This poor soul is Verrirt (German for Lost), originally an anthro wolf from the timeline of the dragons.
He was kidnapped by a Neon that escaped and experimented on Verrirt, he was transformed with the Neon mask and claws that extend from his right hand.
With his new claw, he managed to fight his way from his enemy and now lives a depressed life being denied by any other anthro wolves due to his physical change. He still believes he is an anthro wolf and not an Neon, when the signature that calls one a 'Neon' is the intelligence boosting mask.
This literally took me 30 minutes to sketch! That is the fastest I have ever completed a project digitally! I am quite impressed with myself!
First time sketching a realistic wolf too. o.o How odd.
