Zerstorung (German for Destruction) was not pulled through the timeline by the Germans, but other Neons created these parts for him. He desired the advantage of complete destruction as Krieg once did, but never took advantage of. Except he wanted to be better.
Zerstorung was once an original anthro dragon, but secretly transformed himself into an anatomically off monster. He is incapable of high-sky flight, but he is capable of killing in ways that even I cannot imagine.
He is responsible for missing humans, animals, and even pets around the current timeline. He then returns to his timeline and uses them for reasons that will never be explained.
He hunts other Neons to test whether they are worthy of carrying the glowing soul that they believe they posses.
This design was requested by my friend FolkLizard. I simply drew it. ^^
