The second Neon to be pulled from his timeline and used for the German's psychotic schemes, Jager (German for 'Hunter') was augmented to hunt and assassinate specific targets.

Jager is Krieg's little brother and I do not exaggerate on 'little'. He is around three times smaller than him, which makes him the perfect hunter. He is capable of fast flight, but he is not as athletic as his brother. They are mostly used for faster means of transportation by gliding. His tail is very similar to Krieg's, but again, it is not as athletic, therefore, mainly used for gliding.

The augmented parts of Jager is his feathering on the legs, chest, neck, and back of the head. They were made from a lighter metal so Jager can still pounce and move just as a natural predator would, but it enhanced his ability to move even quieter with his feet. This allowed him to behave more like a raptor than a dragon.

In fact, Jager is believed to be a hybrid of raptor (such as the Micro Raptor) as their is a theory that raptors were previously a species of feathery dragon.

After the Augmented Jehovah's Witness, Jager went back to his respective timeline. He did not follow his brother's fascination over the mind of the animals (Including humans) on Earth and wished to hone his newly created abilities to hunt for his hoards and feed his family.
