This made me think...
People these days get blind because their eyes become "cloudy".So best way to fix them is by either cleaning that up,or replacing the eyes.Replacement works everytime,if you can survive,that is.
Another way I'm thinking is that a camera that is plugged to your vision cells,allowing you to see without using your eyes.
