Well here he is. The new Big Tex at the Texas State Fair. Today was opening day so everyone finally got to see his new look. Sadly last year the day after I was there the electronics inside caught fire. The poor guy burned down. It was very sad to see such an iconic figure gone. Well his is rebuilt and ready to go. he looks good for a 52 foot tall moving talking robot.
