I guess this isnt REALLY a lesson in anatomy, but more a suggestion on helpful ways of learning general anatomy on your own.
I'll move this to scraps eventually, but I wanted to post it to show others what could REALLY aid them in helping with their anatomy, rather than getting confused and overly detailed influence from some of the books out there. Which can give beginers the wrong idea of what to be working with.
I had this image of a bull from online, and just by looking at it, was able to see hints of the anatomy and make up a vague connection between the muscles underneath. Nothing too detailed, just general results from eye balling. Try doing this sometime, its easy and fun. You might lean something too.

Really, Im actually very suprised you've ever seen any tutorial on any kind of anatomincal study. You say I cant teach anatomy, you might be right but if you would have read the description of the piece you would have discovered I had no intentions of teaching anyone, anything.

Why dont you go learn some things for your own, such as how to be a better critiquer of artwork before going about and saying a bunch of biased and uneducated crap which stems completely from your opinion rather than skilled analysists based on harshly observed facts.
