eight meal! for my fellow diet-bros
(this makes 3 servings)
what you need
- 2 zucchini
- 2 yellow zuchinni squash
- pack of turkey bacon
- 2 large tomatoes
- half a garlic head
- onion powder and pepper
- 2 large potatoes
- shredded cheese
- fetta cheese crumbled
- oil spray
- shredded mozzerella
- a pack of sliced sammich ham
take a 10x13 pan and spray it down
take your potatoes, and zuchinnis and slice them. slice the tomatoes as well and then half those slices. take out all your ham and slice it into 6ths so one cut long ways, and two side ways. you will be wedging these hams in bundles of 3
now take your pan and stack everything evenly on its side. be careful its not rolling around. potatoe, yellow Z, ham, green Z, tomatoe peice, repeat. you SHOULD have just enough to fill the whole pan this way.
now you wanna take your garlic and mince it into teeny peices. sprinkle that on, as well as your onion powder n pepper. now take all your cheese and burry it! take your thawed bacon and cut em all right down the middle. now layer them so they cover the whole thing.
bake at 350 for 50 min with tinfoil. take off the foil and cook an additional 20 min
