One probably remembers the scientific "disaster" that was the BioBroly project right? Creating a Bio-Warrior out of THE legendary Super Saiyan Broly? Sounded like a decent idea right? Dr. Gero's methodologies and data became very useful in their new Project Sofrito. Alas, Saiyan DNA was suprisingly abdunant (Battling made blood samples very easy to gather and cultivate) and eventually the Project was made within 8 years. The Mutheris Conglomerate decided to, whether benevolent reasons or saavy to the many MANY mistreatement-induced betrayals of weapons of mass destruction, to give the Bioweapon quite some reign in her development. One wonders what she'll do within just 3 years of development...
