How do you do the luminescence on the hair? She looks incredibly radical, and even more so against a drab background. the juxtaposition is amazing.

Thank you. I just set the airbrush to a low density level in Sai and keep the original hair color layer on lock.

yours turns out much nicer than mine when I try that, epic. mine always looks more blunt and needs blending. /can't airbrush cept for lines.
