Here we Have Unico and Peter S. Beagle at "The last Unicorn" Tour recently, I was lucky to get the information about the tour and even more so to get tickets, if you have read my journal on things you can tell I thought it was amazing and worth the price of the ticket! :) Bought a book and had a few things signed, I hope i get the chance to see the tour come by again or at least to bump into Peter once again to chat further and even ask a question I had not thought of before. :)
Sorry for the quality of this Photo, I guess the camera didn't want to use the flash or something since there was a large plate glass window across the street when this was taken providing an unknown until now glare, but this is the best I can do for it.

I can imagine how much this photo and above all this encounter means to you.
Mr. Beagle's novel (first printed in 1968 and until today still in print) changed my life after I have read it the first time in 1981... This book is the reason why I am so much into unicorns (and other equines) and it is also the starting point for me discovering the dragon Greldon inside me. A long story and also somewhat sad story as well...
For that reason I also was very happy to get a picture of Mr. Beagle together with me in my fursuit during Eurofurence 18 in 2012.

Very nice. :) I had no idea, the startings for me was the children's Anime "Unico" hence where I got the name from but I later took a chance and got the VHS of TLU and watched it, then i got one of the paperback books a few years later and enjoyed it. :)
My Journal has much more about my experience than this picture, I still wish it had come out better but I will have the memories at least and the 6 frame clip from the 1982 movie reel to remind me along with the signed deluxe edition Graphic Novel from the event. :) Such a wonderful time and a evening very well spent. :)
