Hello, Rasta here. Just sharing some studies of fluff drawing. My goal is to create a complex effect using some simple elements. Here you can see my experimental fluff brush and the effect final effect. There is sill some repetitive pattern visible but I'm quite satisfied with the result. It's definitely worth to experiment more when it comes to this approach.
As for the brush itself is really simple. It contains just some random strokes, some shade and few settings like rotation following stroke direction, size/rotation variation and a little scattering. An important thing here is that the brush doesn't use bright colors as alpha but instead puts true color it was created with. This results in fixed color of the fluff but changing the color isn't that hard after all
Done by Rasta of DragonLovers using Krita.
I'll put this to scraps later.
