This is an attempt to make a pic using no black lines. I think it came out rather cute. Don't you think? I like the affect I did to the eyes. The green with the yellow blurred into it made them shine even more. The glow around her is a simple Neon Glow filter that came stock.

Be honest and brutal about this one though I think its almost perfect as is. :)

Anyway, this is intended to be an icon for my LJ and other forums, including here. Just gotta shrink it down to proper size.

Anyone wants an icon like this, note me. This is small and simple, so $5 USD sounds reasonable.
