I learned that using cheep highlighter is a bad Idea. XD
Will be looking for a better neon option. Witch will b a neon sharpie. XD
The rest of it, is done with Prismacolor markers. And they were quite like "HOW DARE YOU USE THAT CHEEP HIGHLIGHTER!!"
The highlighter goes into the corner and cries.
Anyway Drew Wilthius's character Vaughn because I wanted to draw more Kemonomimis. XD
And he has awesome neon yellow hair! *drools and pets it*
