Wave always wanted a nice full bust, but she was a bird, and only mammals had those large fleshy globes; desperate, she made a bet with Rouge, with Rouge's massive mammaries on the table. Whatever the challenge was, whatever Wave had to put up to get Rouge to accept, or how Wave was going to collect her prize are uncertain, but Wave won. So now Wave has the biggest bosom around, and Rouge isn't enjoying being flat chested.

Perhaps she can convince Wave to switch back, if for no other reason than now none of their clothes fit properly.

I was planning on colouring this, but I had some trouble with Rouge and had to erase and redraw her several times; I don't know if I'll be able to properly color the paper at this point. I'll see what I can do with it tomorrow, perhaps I'll do another vector and colour it on the computer, or just leave it as is.
