This picture makes me think of how someone would be in a submarine while admiring the deep sea through a window.
"Huh?" They'd wonder as they see something that doesn't quite fit in with the rest of the aquatic life in which is zipping about.
The creature would go closer and closer until Sparks was right at the window the individual is looking through.
"Is that...?" (s)he'd ask.
"Pichu!" Sparks would say all bubbly while knocking at the window before waving at whomever is watching him.
Now I am imagining what would happen if Sparks came across some electric eels? Would they accept him as part of their crew? It would be a shocking sea adventure for sure. :)
