You can say that he has "harnessed" his power to dance!
It would seem that Jake is showing us that though you are enslaved, you could still have the fun. My, he is muzzled too. I do know that the music is video game-themed, and I would figure that he likes it and would love to hear such underscore whenever he plays games, espeicially classic ones, like Atari's "Pong."
If you want to know where I'm shooting, I am in front of the DJ stage. Not to worry, I ALWAYS wear earplugs at loud events like these.
