Hey, thanks for the heads up! I'd be happy to chip in...

How furs decide on their fursona's is a process that varies from person to person. For me, it's always been that there's only one character I could possibly be - so switching around is hard for me to advise on.

Take for instance, me in real life; tall, skinny/lanky, pretty fun loving, with a stroke of mischievousness. If you think about animals who share those physical and mental characteristics, it whittles down to just a few. Mostly mustelids; otters, ferrets, weasels, etc. So I personally chose weasels cause I like the mysterious/craftiness embodied by them.

The fact I used that process makes it feel a little inappropriate to try and apply my preferences on somebody else. Honestly, my advice is look at yourself AND who you'd like to be. Then tally those attributes and see what kind of animal seems to share the most.

If I knew you better I'd definitely have input as to who I observe you to be like, but alas no can do.

Weazal made some good points there that I was going to make. I, too, don't really know you and thus cannot offer suggestions but I think you can find which one best fits you.

Just don't think too hard about it or you lose the "natural" choices that you might look past.
