what did you use to draw this specimen?

I had just purchased a new wacom tablet (8x6) to replace my old one (5x4). To try it out I fired up Photo Shop 7 and inked over the rough sketch I drew for my persona (also uploaded here). Somehow the lines just seemed to flow amazingly well, I was astounded at myself. After some layers and colors I had this and immediately shrank it down to make an avatar for myself.

I chalk it up to beginner's luck though. I've yet to pull something like this out again, thus my lack of further updates. Anything less than this just doesn't feel like progress now.
