starrelly made a close species a couple of months ago called Faerin, and I must say I LOVED THEM!!!! Since the first time I laid eyes on one of Starrelly's design I wanted one. Some days ago he/she opened a MYO event to own one, and I jumped right in! X3 In order for Starrelly to check that the standards of the species are respected, I needed to submit the finished design of my faerin sooo, here she is!! Meet Nubileé, my summer Faerin *w* I so freaking love her!! She is based on a tropical Hibiscus (I love those flowers *w* I own 2 plants myself) that is why she is so colorful! X3 I still need to develop a story for her, but for now I have the design ready *w*

There will be always people like that sweetie, but that shouldnt stop you from doing it n__n if you really didnt steal the design, you shouldn't stop your creativity. Besides, if you think about it, there will be chars that look alike because there are only a number of colors you can use in pallettes, a number of hair styles, elements from animals and so on =P so eventually something will have a similar element in it
Lol that's what I was getting at!! XD dA should be renamed DRAMA ART....... Or DEVIANTS DRAMA ART ASSOCIATION!!! XD Techinically that'd be DDAA..... But the dA could stand for two words for each letter!! XD

Ohh I really didnt know DA had become such a drama place o.o its horrible! communities like that are supposed to let artists express themselves, not hate their ideas and art XP
Well, you always have FA sweetie =P in here there is a lot of drama as well, but there are also a lot of good people in it that will cheer you up with what you do!

I've noticed that FA is generally more accepting, the only downside is I kind of wonder if what one draws isn't furry related is it accepted?? XD
But yeah dA is a drama fest now...... Some dumbass created a tumblr called "deviantartconfessions" and people think it's the problem..... But the truth is more people are looking for drama, more people are hating things for no reason, and less people are tolerant of just about the littlest things......

My my, just plain horrible! Its sad to have such a great place like DA go downhill like that.
And well, some years back FA was not that open to non-furry art, but nowadays the most popular species around are human like, and a lot of artists are also doing human commissions, and many users already have at least one humanoid char among their group of chars, so as said before, it doesnt hurt to try =P
