This is Jazz's grumpy face where if he gets in trouble, this is most likely the reaction you will get out of him. Unless, of course, you are ignoring him and he still trying to get your attention before he starts wailing. It can also show a lot if he has to do something he does not want to, then he pouts and becomes one of the most pouty, grumpy babies ever.
