Just another character I thought up.
Meet Shinra, a rich corporate business man who owns a weapons and technology manufacturing company. He also designs a lot of his own products and tests them himself. He is usually a soft spoken and well mannered man, but he refuses to let anything get in the way of his goals.
His species is a Bat/Shark hybrid.
