This one takes a little explaining: I hate the neck frill design of the standard Vaporeon. It looks like somebody forced an umbrella down the poor thing's throat, and opened it. Unfortunately, the Eevee is otherwise my favorite pokemon. Thusly, I had to take it upon myself to figure out how I should do the neck frill. This is the result, an Eevee with a tropical feel, designed using tropical fish in order to figure it out.

I love how she looks all regal in the bottom-most corner. Like she's wearing a crown...
