You don't have to be from Alaska... I'm in Florida, but my method forgoes the "mother arm" and uses the "fuck-you-and-your-five-year-old-I-will-run-your-ass-over-if-you-stop-at-a-green-light-again-you-dumb-bitch" gesture instead.... of course on Sundays I am more reserved, replacing that with the "I-will-shove-your-stick-figure-family-up-your-raggedly-abused-tail-hole-if-you-don't-get-the-fuck-out-of-the-way" gesture... and repeatedly flash my high-beams until they get the bible out of their nose and swap to the left lane. :)
