D.R. has playing around with his genes and this s happened. Looking good buddy. I really like his wing poncho. When he's not flying they're in that position, it's great for hiding wepons or a bulge if he's trying to be sneaky.

In this form:
He stand a little over 6ft
Strong enough to pickup a person in flight (2 if one is in his belly)
Can fit 4 people inside of him( or 1 really big creature)
Has better control over his magnetic powers.( can move melat objects instead of just repel or attract.)
Knows who to use weapons and can CQC his brother.
