"Oh, h-hello there! . . . Would you like some hot cocoa?"

The newest addition to my cast of characters, and quite probably the most adorable yet! Luna is a Samoyed dog. She doesn't have a very developed backstory yet, but here's what I can say about her with certainty

-She's a very shy and quiet girl.
-She's young (only a little more than 18)
-She's very bookish, and somewhat of a nerd.
-She drinks lots of hot chocolate.

She was specifically designed to be as cuddly and snugly looking as possible, and to be somewhat innocent looking while still being attractive. Luna actually started off as a bit of a joke character, but the idea behind her seemed popular enough that I decided to go ahead with her design. The idea was for a young canine girl, who was very chesty, and who wore a large sweater. In effect, a literal sweater puppy (Bad pun yes I know). My friend derpwolfies liked the idea so much though, that I decided to toy around with it and see what I could do to make an actual character out of the joke. He assisted me with designing her, picking out reference images he though were good, helping me with suggesting her name and her outfit, and helped me decided what species of dog she should be.

And why Luna and a Samoyed? Personal reasons. We had several Samoyeds when I was a young child, they're actually the earliest pets I remember our family ever owning. We're talking so young that the dog was almost as tall as I was. So I've had a personal attachment to the breed for a long time, they're one of my all time favorite kinds of dogs. All of the Samoyeds we had were named after stars or stellar things, like Star or Solstice. The name Luna was chosen as a reference to this, and in honor of our old dog's memories (The other choice for her name would've been Stella, but Luna won out in the end).
