This is also just as questionably canon as the above so if you don’t like it feel free to pretend you never saw it…
Now with THAT out of the way…
Here’s the animatronics I promised you to go with my Five Nights at Freddy parody… are they possessed? No. Are they murderous? No. Are they likely to sing songs and entertain children? Yes.
And that’s the way I like my giant cartoon animal themed robots that you very much =P
These two were made by my robotics expert rotom girl Jenny Einsvald to test out the capabilities of a new A.I. she was developing… as for why she made them giant toddler teddiursa’s programed to sing and entertain kids ages 8 and under? To quote Jenny “Why not? Though it’d be cute~” which is her justification for more things than you’d think. But as for what the A.I. build into these two actually does…
It’s an experiment Jenny is working on to create a semblance of sentience and consciousness within a set parameter of function. Using safeguards set up similar to morality and conscious of living creatures along with programmed in personality and purpose she’s seeking to create an A.I. that develops and grows to best suit the role it’s been built for and can “Think” and make choices to better do its job and interact with others.
In this case she decided to stick with her “Baby/Toddler/Child” centric designs and make something related to that to house the A.I. programs. Already being familiar with FezBär’s pizzeria and the concept of using animatronics to entertain children she decided that’d be a GREAT idea! She began designing child friendly, and more importantly child safe, bodies for the animatronics and programming in the necessary skills and traits for them to be entertainers. To make them easier to make/safer around kids she’s also used bits and pieces of her nanny and playmate programs in the A.I.s to help insure they’d be more then capable of handling anything from the sweetest child to the worst screaming brat.
In the end she created two animatronics based on her good friend Petie since she though he was the perfect cute basis for a child friendly character (Petie meanwhile is still working on forgiving her). The twins, named Monty & Bree by the owner of FezBär’s who was more than happy to accept the donation of the robots, now perform at the restaurant alongside the band to entertain the customers.
The Twin’s Personalities
- Both of the twins have their basic personalities built on a mix of innocent toddler and children’s show host creating playful, appropriately goofy characters who are very upbeat and cheerful. They enjoy performing, helping, and entertaining the audience… though they unfortunately are ALWAYS like this… making dealing with them for anyone who isn’t a child range from mildly annoying to absolutely grating.
- Monty is the stereotypical little boy of the duo meaning he’s eager, energetic, and excitable paving the way for him to make cute/silly mistakes his sister corrects him on whenever they do their comedy bit together. He’s also more likely to encourage kids to get up and dance along (after giving them a little speech about basic safety rules so they don’t hurt themselves of course) whenever the twins perform or the band plays
- Bree, naturally, is the stereotypical little girl and is sweet, considerate, and much calmer then her brother though she is prone to teasing him when he gets excitable or make mistakes. She’s the more likely of the duo to encourage the kids to sing along when they perform.
Programed Abilities
- The twin’s basic function is to sing and entertain children ages 8 and under with silly banter, jokes, and cute antics. To help in this they are programmed to be able to register if their audience is enjoying their performance and change tactics if needed. They can also “Learn” what works best and start adapting and improving their acts with it. They are also capable of singing along with and requesting songs from the band provided the songs the band can play have been entered into their database.
- Along with the ability to register if the audience is enjoying their performance or not the twins are also capable of registering if a child is in distress (whether it be tears, a stinky diaper, or other signs they’re programmed to notice) and can alert the child’s parents or, if they are unaware of who the parents are, a restaurant employee… if there is no other choice they are capable of handling soothing and helping a child themselves (due to some left over programing from Jenny’s nanny machines they have all the knowledge needed when tending to/caring for young children) but their safeguards keep this as their “Last Ditch” option.
- The twins have a “Free Roaming” mode they can engage when not performing letting them get off stage and interact with actual kids. While doing this their safeties insure they can’t accidentally hurt in anyway and don’t interfere with the restaurant’s operations… while being able to actual converse and play with children thanks to their advanced A.I. being able to imitate a friendly child/playmate to a limited extent.
- Using the access panels on their back various “Short Term” things can be programed into them like that someone is having a birthday and how to identify the birthday kid, details about holidays, and other celebrations letting them perform better. A “Reset” that removes all these short term commands without altering the learned behavior or knowledge is also included here. These short term commands are still filtered through the twins safeguards and learned knowledge though.
Safeguards
- Jenny implemented a safeguard system she’d been experimenting with into the A.I.s design that was made to function similar to an actual moral system in a living person. Instead of rock hard commands that must be obeyed and could be stumbling blocks for choice and action she made it so the twins “know” what wrong and right is, with-in the scope of their job anyway, and are hard wired to want to do what’s right.
- The only hard set command is that the A.I.s are incapable of killing or doing anything that would actively lead to the customers, guests, audience, or employees deaths.
- A similar command is implemented about injury since past the plush like cover both animatronics are incredibly strong. The command insures they constantly regulate how much strength they use letting them hold and pick up things and people without hurting them as well as interact with them.
- The injury command CAN be subverted with a judgment call system Jenny put in that lets them act rough or in similar manner… IF they’re acting to prevent greater harm from coming to people. For example they could use large amounts of their strength if it was needed to get people out of the building in the case of a bad fire, though they’d be predisposed to avoid using enough to cause lasting injury to the ones they’re trying to rescue.
Design
- As mentioned earlier they were modeled after Petie and because of that are big, diapered teddiursa toddlers. Jenny justifies this by them being too silly/goofy to actually be threatening or creep kids out too much… she hopes.
- The t shirts they wear actually help hide the access panels on their back which, while covered by a hinged patch of costume, contain a basic (by Jenny’s standards anyway) computer interface for inputting short term commands.
- They are designed to have a cute waddle and toddler way of moving to help accent the silly/goofy look Jenny was trying to make
- Their faces are more or less set to perpetual smiles but with the right eyelid positioning and motion they can get other emotions across such as pouting.
Power Source
- The reason the animatronics are so large (alongside making repairs easier) is to house a very powerful and long lasting battery.
- Thanks to this battery the animatronics can function for long periods of time without recharging or can go periods on only brief charging sessions.
- The animatronics charge using plug in cords that fold up into a hatch in their bodies and fit most standard outlets.
Black Box
- Each animatronic is actually equipped with a “Black Box” deep inside their circuitry that is designed simply to record and archive all their thoughts, decisions, and actions.
- This is so Jenny can study how and in what ways they develop and apply it towards future A.I. designs
- She usually records and cleans out the contents of the twins Black Box’s regularly whenever she performs check-ups or maintenance on them
Other Features
- Both animatronics possess an emergency and a remote shut down. The emergency is a internal mechanism that engages if the animatronic is pushed too far and shuts it down with as little damage to the system as possible. The remote shut down is an actual remote that allows a shut down or reset of temporary commands on one or both of the machines if it is needed.
- Both twins actually possess a limited capacity for self-repair using spare parts kept in the back of the restaurant and small tool kits they store in hidden hatches on their bodies. Because of this they don’t have to contact Jenny for every small repair that is needed.
- Thanks to their personalities and a bit of their programming the twins register Jenny as their “Mommy” and are always overjoyed to see her and spend time with her. They also work as hard as they do to try and make her proud.
- When not entertaining children or performing the twins have a slight problem interacting with adults since unless they’re a customer the twins tend to view them (in particularly the employees and management) as other playmates and talk to them in a similar manner. This is a “Flaw” only in being annoying so Jenny hasn’t bothered to try and fix it.
Anyway this was more me being silly and flexing my tiny and under-developed science fiction muscles to try and write a concept on how a fictional thinking A.I. could begin being developed…
Of course with cuteness, diapers, and baby teddies thrown in for that personal touch ^_^
So I hope you enjoyed this silliness and that it didn’t bore you.
If so please fav & comment, go fav the original, and have a great day! =D

I like it... now you got me thinking of ideas of a Kamen Rider/Five Nights At Freddy's crossover. Gentaro Kisaragi/Kamen Rider Fourze would try to befriend the murderous death-bots masquerading as Suck E. Cheese's-style animatronics. >w>
But your versions? Three-Laws Compliant and super-cute and cuddly? I can get behind them. Freddy Fazzbear and friends need to be turned into scrap-metal.

The basis for these animatronic child-entertainers is apropos, to be sure. Who doesn't like a friend that's round and soft and cuddly?
Even me. Heck, I'm a fully-formed ADULT, and I'd get along famously with these cutie-bots. Then again... being a wizard, I've retained my sense of child-like whimsy.
