He's 12 inches, the link to where I bought him is in the description (currently in hibernation while the creator explores better production methods) He was $80 Again the creator is currently exploring how to make the product stronger and more cost efficent. He also has a face book where he posts updates and currently he's gearing up for an art contest where you can "win" a starter kit (which includes the manniquin you see above ) his Facebook is here:https://www.facebook.com/armaturenine I also suggest signing up for his mailing list since he will update you on when products will return from hibernation and innovatons he's making to improve the product.
It ran me $80 but the guy working on it has put them into hibermation in favor of trying to lower costs of them by going with another method beyond 3d printing. So it may be less when it gets out of hibernation. I STRONGLY suggest joining his mailing list so that you know as soon as he removes his products from haitus. I did that for the rider and beast in his line and nabbed the A9 the day before it went on hiatus. It really is a spectacular model and even though i had a slight mishap with a knee joint, a quick email to the creator and he sent me a replacement the very next day. (and the mishap was my fault)
Yes, while they do need to be posed carefully in certain areas, the knees in particular can break if they're bent to quickly and forcibly. These are armatures that are meant to be posed for artwork so as long as you move it slowly (it's not INCREDIBLY delicate but there are some joints you should be careful with) It should be fine. I'm also stating this is my experience with the 3d printed version and the next one in the series might be injection molded which could increase it's durability quite a bit. One thing the creator stresses is that all of the parts of it are able to be disassembled so you can take the entire thing apart into peices and re-arrange it. This is also handy for tightening up joints. The creator has several videos on how to do that, as well, basically by removing a joint, wrapping it in masking tape and putting it back in place so it's pose is tighter and won't wobble around on you. He posts pictures and videos regularly on Facebook if you want to check out is progress there. https://www.facebook.com/armaturenine
Also if pieces do break simply take a picture of it and send it to the creator, he will replace the joints for you for up to a year (He also routinely has upgrades for these which he'll replace your old manniquin for a brand new one for $10 or so. If his injection molding idea goes the way he wants it to I will get an upgrade to this manniquin with the new version absolutely free. https://www.facebook.com/armaturenine <his facebook

already can be actually especially with the new beast mod. You can put the top half of the torso on to the neck joint of the beast. http://store.digitaldouble.net/coll.....ns/a9-upgrades he doesn't have the beast body quite for sale yet on the store but you can buy the joints that make it up and build it yourself. (it's not difficult to put together)
I would suggest buying the horse armature, and then buying the torso, head and a black peanut joint for the rest of the centaur. The great thing about this thing is it can be taken apart fairly easily and you can easily figure out how the parts fit on it just by looking at the pictures.
