Tyva Chalmers is from the Xen ( http://cyyeun.xepher.net/xen ) Universe, though she isn't an official character. She was originally human but became an android due to almost dying. Various stories surrond her, including rumors that she's thousands of years old or connected to Varnes somehow. Presumably she works for S7. Eventually she's supposed to be turned into a Xen-style Bunny. Like Fio but not.
