This was bound to happen sooner or later. Watching a show about robotic animals saving the world was bound to make me want to draw cyborg stuff. Well. Yes.

This is Chromium. Just like Nakk, he's a genetic experiment, but taken too far. His skin is genetically modified and has the ability to regenerate faster over time, leaving no scars behind. He's almost entirely robot, the only parts remaining being a few parts of the brain and the skin (both genetically modified).
He served thel police and military forces, however, he was demoted when it was decided that full robots were better than cyborgs. He was meant to be shut down, but he got away and they let him be. He couldn't get over the fact that he was demoted, as his brain is wired to work for the military forces, so he still acts like he's part of them, and will loyally join their side whenever he comes in contact with them.
Physically, the blue glowy stuff is wired all over inside of his body (not just what is seen) and it acts as a blood replacement. It carries energy throughout the body. When his systems are off, the glow stops, and the light particles disappear. He has 3 main sources from which he can extract energy. Food is a minor source, as it can't power his body for too long. He can only extract energy from pure, unprocessed meat, anything else simply passes through him, wasting resources. Electricity is a major source, one recharge can last a week. He can absorb electricity from power outlets using his tail. The second major source is solar energy. The metal piece on his back, as well as his chest can absorb and convert sun light into energy. A full recharge (15 hours of sun light) can keep him running for 4 days.
A lesser source is wind power. He can deform his tail into a small wind turbine if nothing else is available, however, unless it's extremely windy, the conversion from wind power to energy is very slow, taking a few days to build up for 2-3 hours of running.
He has propulsors in each of his paws, but they use too much power, so they're only used when needed.
His teeth have also been replaced and are black in color. The inside of the mouth along with the tongue are shades of blue, as his "blood" is blue, rather than red.
He's from the same "universe" as Nakk, Kilauea and 'Trix. His relationship with them is neutral. He used to pursue Nakk, as he's sought after by the forces due to being a genetic mutant, however, after hearing his story and relating partially to it (both of them being genetic experiments), he quit pursuing him.
