My first flame bust commission, for  yuki_frost! She's supposed to be a snow leopard x fox hybrid, but I think I leaned a bit too heavily on the kitty side. Ah well! These are fuuun but TIME-CONSUMING.. I thought they would be less time-consuming than the space busts?? LOLNOPE. I'm probably going to raise the prices to $60 so they are the same price as the space busts. Likely going to make them less sketchy too in the future but I'm not sure.

I included hints of some of her colors, like the pink inner ears/nose and purple ear tips, because they worked with the image. Just sayin I won't always do that; the characters are supposed to be black and white but if some colors on the character work with the image I may include them. ALSO these are not supposed to include the tails, but I wanted to this time XD Just trying to be clear/consistent on how these will turn out in the future, although they might change to include tails, idk?? Just depends how they come out.

I'm working on another one, pretty close to being done, for compass which is turning out really nice and I'm really proud of it so far. I think I'm learning with each one how to do fur texture better so hopefully with each one they will become less time-consuming X_X

I used a texture recently posted by nefur-studios on a TINY bit of this.. I had already drawn the background in and just wanted to add a bit of texture by her right ear. But next time I do any spacey BG I'm going to use it more extensively and see how it comes out.
