Pepper Poppers are sentiant pepper-like pods that start life as small peppers on plants; after being injested, they implant themselve onto their host in a semi-symbiotic relationship. The plants are often very attractive in order to draw potential hosts into eating them.

Pepper Poppers infect a host and take nutrients from them, which it uses to make seed-like pods grow on themselves and their host. These pods eventually drop off and create new Pepper Popper plants.

The seed-like growths which cover the host and the Pepper Popper have a semi-crystaline appearance and have a 50% chance of emitting a glow.

The seed growths also hold the potential for incredible healing power that has been known to heal anything, however only one seed growth holds this power, the rest of the many growths are extreamly poisonous and will kill whatever consumed the pod within 5-10 seconds.

Pepper Poppers have frog-like tongues which they use to snap up insects as a secondary food source.

A newly infected host will notice a small growth portruding from the base off the spine, over the span of a week the host will experiance fevers, nausea, seizures, as well as black out periods. During this time, the pod emerges breaking through the flesh of the host and grows to it's full size. The wound caused by the exit of Pepper Popper heals by the time the seventh day has ended, when the Pepper Popper has fully been formed and it's vine extends like a tail.

An infected host with it's Pepper Popper can expect to live up to 200 years old. However if the Pepper Popper dies, the host will live to the normal age expectancy of it's species at the cost of the mental illness schizophrenia. If the host dies, the Pepper Popper perishes as well.

The diet of an infected host remains the same, except for an added taste for spice.

The Pepper Popper secrets a hormone into the blood stream of the host which causes the host to have extreame emotional attatchment to the Pepper Popper, or in some cases an addiction, much like a drug.

The seeds formed on the body of the host and Pepper Popper have no effects either positively or negatively to them when consumed by them.


Customs are 10$ for common 15$ for uncommon and 20$ for rare (they can be any species (thooo right now I will probubly only be doing ponies and anthros))
