*giggles* This is a badge by none other than  MarciMcAdam of Charlie, dressed up as one of his favorite Gundam characters doing one of his favorite things to the point he's not realizing that someone is gonna give him a paw with his soggy Pampers.

Just like Sei, Charlie can get quite absorbed into building Gunpla that he doesn't notice the passage of time. He can't help it - he really gets into it when he puts all the effort out to make a model his distinct work. All that blue seems to suggest he's painting something in Ultramarines Blue (aka Macragge Blue). More than likely he's modding his HG Legend Gundam into his Codename "Ahriman" Gundam - turning the DRAGOON dish into a modified flying base where the regular DRAGOONs form the Eight-pointed Star of Chaos or making the Shining Maoh Gundam. All that time avoiding nicks and cuts from his hobby knife or keeping his messy use of paints under control.

The only downside is that he also gets quite wet when we works on his gunpla...and even his thick Pampers can only take so much. Hopefully his sweet "China" comes over to check on him as she's the one giving him all the out-of-the-box ideas. Though I bet she'd also have fun laying him down and changing him into a dry Pampers afterward - and perhaps drag him away from the modeling table for some cuddling.

IRL fact: yes, I am that messy when painting gunpla...and just as soggy. Just like video games, one needs their Pampers so they can enjoy their modeling.
