It's hard to say since there are a million different sites out there about it, but they're all saying that the data is fine and it's most likely just a Windows thing with drivers. If you're able to run a chkdsk from a prompt somehow, keep in mind it will take like, 4-12 hours.
Your best bet is probably to buy one of these and yank the drive and try moving files to another PC. http://bit.ly/1oinCu2

Look like HDD (hard drive) is failing and need to be change. If you did not make any backup you probably have just lost everything on it. If your lucky it could be cause by HDD interface on the mainboard of your computer, meaning that your computer is burn out but your data is safe. It could also be cause by viral activity on your computer that did damage your boot sector. In any case you will have to make a trip to the repair shop and spend some $
Another thing that could have happen is the shutting down of window without logging off. Every time that happen there is a risk of damaging the file system it's called torn writing. It's not physical damage to the computer, only to the windows installation and data, and after a while the corruption tend to accumulate and cause all kind of weird error. That is one of the weakness of NTFS window file system. A bad update to a driver could also do that but there is a good chance that the cumulative error from previous bad shutting down could be the cause of such a bad update.
Last time I saw this screen, I ended up having to copy all my data over to a backup harddrive and get another computer.
But seeing as the rest of the computer is probably working fine, you can probably get someone to copy the info for you and put it on a new HDD. Assuming the information everyone else gave you didn't work.
