Every human has a beast of burden. The more child-like the creature, the more that creatures person depends on others to help that human. The weight the creatures carry around is equal to the amount of burdens, stresses, and problems in the humans life. If the beast cries blood, it means that the human had his or her heart broken recently. The wing size is the equivalent of the humans sense of self worth.
