Yep, after Marisa's appearance, Patchy also joined and since she is kinda weaker, she just sat on a bridge and decided to play with it's users. You can see how she is toying with a bus who is trying to escape but one finger of Patchy's hand doesn't let it go.
Also, the bridge haven't collapsed cause she is sitting on one of it's thick support columns, so it can bear her weight... but for how long? <w<
