Question how can something be reclaimed if it is brought/sold is the receiver going get thier money back? Not trying to start a fight just confused on some of the rules. XD

Nope! If you break the rules, you don't get to keep the species design anymore.
Someone is more than welcome, however, to put the bought design on another species and do whatever they want with it.
