This is my voice slowed down 300%, and with some added harmonics.
I cleared my throat for a recording and this is what it turned into.

I used Cool Edit Pro 2.1, :D this program is sooo old, but the differences to new software seem to be mostly superficial.
But I am pretty sure Audacity has the same option when it comes to "re-sampling/slowing down"
Usually I don't use re-sampling but instead use a pitch shift effect that deepens the pitch without slowing down, causing a bit of distortion in the process. But these sounds are a lot more natural sounding and really simulate a larger throat in a way.
Of course the problem is that when dealing with 300% slower sounds, you have to think 3x quicker during recording, a short harumph will sound like a long growl, and a long growl will sound like an animal slowly dying.
You may notice that slowing it down this heavily will make it rather noticeable that the sound in the upper spectrum got pushed all the way down.
To fake some of the harmonics I copied the whole file, pitch shifted the copy 50% up (higher pitch, same time) and overlayed it 10% onto the original.
