Yes it is. The request day opened aprox. 3 days ago and I only gave 9 slots. Some of those who entered didn't provide me with a reference sheet, but others who entered got the chance instead, though one of these people who didn't give me one is making one now and I'm saving him a spot. Sorry! Maybe next time?
