Done back in June, based on an RP between myself and a dear friend, on Tumblr. (psst, my tf2 blog is tinkeringtexan). There was nothing sexual at all going on, actually.
Basically: An office AU wherein my friend's Medic OC had to give Dell an exam, and of course he was very self conscious about removing his clothes, because of his newly acquired paunch (office life, you know?). Of course, he was relieved when Heinz gave him a clean bill of health and he was, at last, able to put his clothes back on!
It is, of course another 3x5
