This was supposed to be a more anthro version of Kovu and Kiara from The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride, because that movie WILL ALWAYS BE BRANDED ON MY HEART, DEAR GOD. ("Love Will Find A Way" will be played at my wedding) Anywho, I started to color it, when I realized I wanted to experiment with making a lion sona, which has been on my to-do list for like, a year now. AND NOW I'VE MADE TWO! :D
But on the down side, no Kovu and Kiara just yet. :( Soon, my children.
Furthermore, these would be my African lion fursonas, Rigel ("Ri") and Andromeda ("Ana").
Given the fact that they have astronomy related names, I plan on using them for more "futuristically" themed artwork. Maybe post-apoc., or maybe just some good ol' dandy folks in space hunting bad guys. IDK.
Quite honestly I'm not entirely content with Rigel's fur color, so that might be modified at some point. ^-^
