I am a massive Mass Effect fan and can't wait for the next one on the ps4 to be released whenever it will be released. So I decided to draw my favourite race that ME has provided - the Turians. My favourite is obviously Garrus but this sketch is not of him. This is just a random Turian that I drew and then edited with GIMP. Hope you guys like it, and maybe even get a new wallpaper from this for a couple of seconds XD

I love those guys!! Probably cause they resemble cats if you look at some of the features, though interestingly enough, in the Mass Effect 2 or 3 bonus content disc, the developers mentioned that before the Turians were finalised, they originally wanted to have them be more avian than anything else.
They are based roughly off of an avian biology, yeah. The lips have a beak-like design to them, and their skeletal structure was modified to be more angular and avian.
In the first ME if I recall, they said that they kept the human skeleton rigging, and plastered a deformed body over it to make the turian form.
