Others have warned the guy via comments on their DA profilepage (https://www.deviantart.com/furryfandom635 ) since mid-Oct,
so if you have time go to that DA post, click "..." (above "Published"), "Report", "It violates intellectual property rights", "This is my intellectual property", etc.
I've used DA's Report > "This is someone else’s intellectual property",
but DA seems slow to act on NONartist reports. (Some other artthefts that I've reported are still at DA)
