This was the original selfie I took that Coin Operated Bear turned into the Oni of Anger. This was taken in a Cheesecake Factory bathroom. I was washing my hands and the sink had this dramatic overhead lighting that really worked with my face. I kinda like looking serious - so I snapped a pic for Instagram and Facebook. It took off from there.
