Born from broken promises and forgotten wishes, they become more powerful the closer they are to fulfilling the promise or wish.

Once the task is fulfilled their true colors shine and their coat changes to reflect it.

All hartfaux are born monochrome with splashes of 3-5 colors.

Forms: Hartfaux have up to four forms. The more powerful the hartfaux the more forms they can have. They have a basic feral form, anthro form, beast form, and humanoid form.

Features:

*Horns: Hartfaux can have between 1-4 horns. The shape and size vary depending on region and magic usage.

*Mane: can be short tufts, braided, or long.

*Hair: can be any style

*Eyes: color reflects magical element they possess

*Fins: can change depending on where the hartfaux lives. For example: a water magic faux may want to live in the water so its fins may change to webbed fins to adapt to water life.

*Wings: not all hartfaux have wings. The ones that do have a varied style of wings in various sizes, but no more then four. The wings will always be two wing types merged together.

Differences - Region:

Tundra Hartfaux: live in the cold weather. They have tufts of fur around their neck and ankles. Mane tends to be long or braided, but there are some with short manes. Ears tend to be shorter and almost the same size.

Oasis Hartfaux: live in warmer climates. They are your standard hartfaux with a variety of features. Ears tend to be large then the second set smaller. They do not have tufts of fur like their tundra cousins.

Differences - Gender:

The only real difference between the genders is the females tend to have bigger wings, if they have them.

Differences - Rarity

Standard: toes, fingers, horn, hair, wings have color

Unique: Splashes of color in areas not normal for standard faux and up to 2 magic schools

Fulfilled: Coat changes to true colors.

Fulfilled options include:

*fuller wings

*extra markings

*beast form

* up to 4 magic schools
