Galaxy Cupcakes AZ is my own personal little cupcake company here in Phoenix, Arizona.
I've baked cupcakes many times before, but this was my real debut once I decided on a name for it and a mascot.
These were just of few of the 4 dozen SHINY dual-icing cupcakes I did for a 1-year-old's Frozen themed birthday party. They were a white cake with a tangy blue raspberry cake center, and people just LOVED them so much.
