Oh gosh, this was a lot more work than I expected it to be. Cybil has too many tattoos for his own good. (Okay, so, three really isn't a whole lot, but when two out of the three are detailed floral monstrosities... it's a lot.)

I didn't include clothes refs with this because it's pretty easy to describe his fashion style. I just used this ref so everyone can see what a nice butt he has what his tattoos and markings look like and how many piercings he has, etc.
