I decided to take him seriously for once. Gods this took ages.
Reference time.
Outfir reference from v.1 and v.2 still applies.
An alternate costume is a thing, but lacking reference.
Mature for his age, but an oblivious idiot now and then. If you let him, he'll try and cast magic for you.
The book is...sort of living. Most tomes cam speak into the minds of those they're bound to. Normally it speaks directly into Gehl's mind and gives advice and tips, or comments on his poor habits and bad spellcasting technique. It can speak verbally for anyone who isn't Gehl but it doesn't like to talk much.
-He carries the book with a leather bookstrap.
-Staff is old and splintered, some spells might screw up or backfire. (shenanigans ensue)
-Only he can read his tome, when he writes in it, it becomes nonsense lettering to people who try to read it.
-Blood is orange, so he would blush or bleed that color.
-Magician in training, far from perfect. Make sure he doesn't zap you into a boot by mistake or something.
-Hi magic is acquired when the user focuses or meditates until they are in a calm concentrated state. After meeting that requirement, anything goes.
-Age+ Gehl is scrapped. Please disregard it.
-Aging spells are sort of painful for anyone who grows a foot or two. The longer it's held the more draining it will become.
-Gehl's exact age isn't really known to anyone except the book and himself. But he acts a bit older than he looks.

Again, thanks to seasaidh for original inspiration of his design.

Oh thank you, that's really great to hear.
Though I'll throw some credit to seasaidh for the original design he was based off of.
You keep up the good work as well!

I see, the original is good, but I think you really did a good job on this one, your version adds a lot of charm to the character.
In my opinion, your style suits him perfectly !
The shapes of the body are eye-catching, and there's so much fluff on his arms and legs, daaawww !
I will certainly be inspired by your work at the end.
