Chicken, Brussels sprouts, and sushi rice.
Asian Chicken
4 chicken breasts
3 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs vinegar
2 -3 Tbs brown sugar
1 -2 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Lightly oil a glass baking dish large enough to hold chicken breasts in a single layer.
3. Place chicken breasts in the dish.
4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve hot or cold.
Servings: 4

Asian Stir-Fried Brussels Sprouts
2 lbs Brussels sprouts, washed, trimmed with x cut on bottom of each ( can use frozen)
1 1/2 Tbs peanut oil
1 -2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 Tbs grated gingerroot
1 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp 1/2-1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1 Tbs sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
1. Steam/cook the sprouts for about 7-10 minutes or until just tende. Remove from heat.
2. Combine peanut oil, garlic and ginger in large, unheated skillet. Set over high heat until oil is very hot and garlic is fragrant but NOT browning, about 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk in soy sauce, crushed red pepper, black pepper, sugar and sesame seeds.
3. Stir in brussels sprouts and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Toss with sesame oil and serve warm.
Servings: 6
