Rhiannon Inali is considered one of the most wanted criminals in Galaxia (her home world), accused of over sixty murders and convicted in absentia of at least thirty on every world but Earth and Zendaria. In fact her mother is framing her, and anyone who's seen the poor dear could tell you there's no way she could possibly have committed the murders. While she appears to be roughly between 9 and 10 years of age she is actually 16. She has multiple scars, and is blind in her right (the covered) eye. Rhiannon has Multiple Personality Disorder, with four personalities - Ann, Inali, pictured, Shiva, and Marcena.
