Well, now it's my Pokeverse's turn to show up!
To the left, we've got Angus the Conkeldurr. Ever since childhood, he knew construction working was his call in life. That universe being changing and filled with rivalries, he spent his life jumping from one construction company to another. After one last "forced demission", he got fed up and decided to create his own, "Big Arms Inc.". His employers always justifying that they had too much employees and couldn't afford to keep them all, he decided to make it a small, but gifted team, each member the best in his category. And even though he's the CEO, that doesn't prevent him of going on the terrain and enjoying it. As he says, "I ain't created a construction company to spend my days in an office, the butt in a chair!" His only regret was that this hectic life never allowed him to have a family, to have children...
To the right is Bill the Mega-Swampert (my Pokesona). An ordinary cashier in a shop, his life completely changed when he Mega-evolved. In my Pokeverse, Mega-evolution is an extremely rare thing that suddenly strikes an adult and leaves him able to alternate at will between these two forms (even though these people almost always prefer to stay in Mega-form). In the past, it was considered as "being chosen as a guard of the Gods", but is now seen as nothing more as a surprising genetic difference. In his case, it attracted the attention of a famous pro bodybuilding manager who hired him on the spot. Extremely successful, he enjoyed it at first but eventually got sick of it. He felt that his life lacked a meaning, but never tried to find one. You see, his father abandoned his mother when she fell pregnant, thus Bill never had the male parental guidance he needed, grew to be a huge doormat, and just floated in life. But a chance encounter with Angus changed this. As they exchanged their woes in a coffee, Angus offered Bill a temporary job in his fledgeling society. As he tutored the Mega-Swampert, the Conkeldurr realized his trainee's problem, and started teaching him to grow a spine and stand for himself. As he saw this, as their dynamic evolved, as the time passed, Bill realized that construction working was his true call, after which he immediately resigned and joined Big Arms Inc. While he's still a rookie, and thus has difficulties, he's never been happier, for he found in Angus the father figure he lacked for so long, and Angus found in Bill a surrogate son.
Expect the other workers soon!

I know you meant hyper, and really, there won't be.
Frankly, the adult kind of Pokefanart... I have nothing against it, but I don't enjoy it. There are things where I think rule 34 should get lost, and Pokemon is one of these.
There will be macro and muscle growth, but much less than in my furryverse (CHECK IT, IT'S AN ORDER!! ) and fantasyverse, and no hyper growth.
Sorry.
